'Repetition is a form of change' is an old concept that always inspired me, this time I applied the strategy to the whole work, up to the bone.

What really catches me about loops is the way our brain perceives them after an extensive listening, focusing on one element after another. Loops can stimulate our imagination, shifting our attention subjectively.
Since I found out this to happen more likely when you just have the right amount of elements fitting very well together, the challenge here was to achieve that kind of balance.

This material was written for a live set in 2014, and soon became some sort of techno gym for me, where I could practice on this type of productions.
I composed this music thinking about the freedom that a digital set up can give to a performer, and my goal was to provide not only something good and fun to play with, but also to tweak, or just to add some color. A toolkit of static resources to create the dynamics.
